Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to assist in leading the nursing team and delivering compassionate care for patients with eating disorders. The role focuses on monitoring, meal support, and facilitating therapeutic activities within a multidisciplinary program.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/CPI certifications, AZ DPS fingerprint clearance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card within specified timeframe.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record as driving is a requirement of the job.
• Experience in behavioral and/or mental health preferred.
• Eating Disorder knowledge, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing quality patient care, which includes demonstration of skills in basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.
• Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection of patients with eating disorders.
• Support topic groups with therapy activities including art activities, recreational activities, meditation, and guided imagery.
