Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Technician to assist the nursing team. You would help monitor patients, support meal times, and lead group activities as part of a multidisciplinary treatment program for eating disorders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/CPI certifications, and a valid AZ driver’s license. Prior behavioral health experience is a plus, with a strong commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess AZ DPS fingerprint card within the timeframe.
• Must be21 years of age or older in accordance with AZ Dept. of Health Services rules.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in behavioral/mental health preferred.
• Eating Disorder knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care, including basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.
• Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection of patients with eating disorders.
• Support topic groups with therapy activities including art, recreational activities, meditation, and guided imagery.
