Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic technical proficiency and ability to document within EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Assess behavioral and physiological health status upon admission and throughout treatment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Complete CIWA/COWS assessments and monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate patient updates and care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Provide education regarding addiction, recovery, and wellness.
