Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson is seeking an A & R Clinician (master's level and/or RN) for PRN shifts from 7a–7p and 7p–7a. The role involves performing intake interviews, coordinating referrals, and assisting with family court document preparation under supervision.

We value experience in behavioral health assessment and a patient-centered approach. Qualified candidates have an MS in Behavioral Health or Tennessee RN license and at least one year of inpatient behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• MS in Behavioral Health or Tennessee RN license required.
• Experience in Behavioral Health assessment and/or treatment.
• At least 1 year inpatient Behavioral Health Unit experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and statistics preferred.
• Knowledge of patient rights and crisis intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews to establish appropriate level of care.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, and case coordination for services.
• Handle high volume of inquiries and manage intake appointments.
• Serve as client liaison and provide referrals (e.g., direct admission, outpatient referrals).
• Coordinate communications among clinical, nursing, business, and marketing staff.
