Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors and reports client behaviors to ensure safety and quality care.
• Provides continuous client care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling.
• Responds to crisis situations and medical emergencies as needed.
• Assists in client data collection, recording, and maintenance.
• Facilitates activities and educational groups on social skills, coping, anger management, and independent living skills.
