Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required (training provided on hire).
• First aid may be required per state or facility requirements.
• Six months or more experience with the facility population preferred.
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report client behaviors to the treatment team.
• Provide continuous client care and supervision; respond in crisis situations.
• Maintain client data recording and chart updates in a timely manner.
• Conduct safety checks and oversee client supervision per guidelines.
• Assist with activities and groups aligned with treatment goals.
