Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Johns Creek, GA seeks Full-Time Behavior Health Techs to provide direct care in residential programs for adults with brain injury. You will implement behavioral protocols, document daily activities, and support residents across ADLs and community-based activities.

Responsibilities include supervising behavioral training, offering positive reinforcement, transporting residents to appointments, and maintaining daily records.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior, provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis.
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports).
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
