Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking PRN Behavior Health Techs for our residential programs in Lilburn, GA. Techs provide direct care to individuals with brain injury and behavioral challenges within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral training, documenting progress, assisting with ADLs, transporting residents, and helping with daily housekeeping tasks. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required;Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training and individual behavioral protocols with documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities as needed.
• Completes daily documentation such as behavioral data, token exchanges, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, MARs, and incident reports.
• Completes housekeeping chores (laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
