Job summary

Qualifications

• ATC certification with required affiliation hours and courses
• KY state certification required
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire
• Program development experience a plus
• Ability to perform detailed assignments and work under stress
• Works cooperatively and communicates effectively
• Follows oral and written instruction
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services for student athletes including prevention, first aid and rehabilitation
• Communicate injuries to physicians, therapists and coaches
• Coordinate on-site continuing education programs and community presentations
• Organize year-round conditioning programs per department direction
• Spend primary time at area schools as needed
