Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer to support onsite industrial contracts. Compensation is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience, with flexible PerDiem/PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities include ergonomic assessments, education delivery, movement coaching, and early intervention. Minimum of a Bachelor's in Athletic Training and NATA-BOC certification required; CPR and state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and NATA-BOC certification.
• State licensure where required and CPR certification.
• Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer.
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide improvement recommendations.
• Develop and deliver employee education and conduct audits.
• Conduct movement assessments and create preventative exercise programs.
• Engage with new hires on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Deliver return-to-work programs for injured employees.
• Provide early symptom intervention and health coaching.
