Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is actively seeking an ASC Assistant to join our ambulatory surgery centers network. This PRN role supports the ACS Director and Nurse Manager, with primary coverage at Region 6 and Region 9 ASC locations including Dalton and Rome.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in science, have scrub experience, and be proficient with MS Office. You will assist in inventory, sterilization, and other ASC tasks while demonstrating strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a science focus.
• Scrub experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASC teams to support operative scheduling and capacity.
• Aid in inventory management of surgical supplies and specialty kits.
• Learn and perform sterilization techniques for surgical equipment.
• Contribute to other ASC functions as needed.
