Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS through the American Heart Association required (present on hire or within first year).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on AMET and ICU units.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans and interventions.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions and responses to therapy.
• Assist with discharge planning and physician/nursing orders.
