Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio seeks a PA or NP to deliver high-quality urgent care. You will create individualized care plans, perform procedures, order medications, and document care in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA or NP licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate to services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
