Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based care in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, order and prescribe medications, and document care in electronic medical records.

Key requirements include Ohio PA or NP licensure, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
