Job summary

Sheppard Pratt’s Child and Adolescent Day Hospital at the Towson campus provides clinically-intensive services for adolescents ages 12–17, with an interdisciplinary team bridging inpatient and outpatient care. You will deliver compassionate care in a warm, in-person setting.

The role involves individual and group therapy using CBT/DBT, supportive counseling, and collaboration with the treatment team, with no evenings or weekends required. Licensure in Maryland is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess one Maryland license at time of hire: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC or LCPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and DBT.
• Offer supportive counseling and monitor progress toward treatment goals.
• Collaborate with treatment team to communicate patient progress and contribute to treatment and aftercare planning.
• Participate in family meetings and collaborative care sessions to support holistic patient care.
