Job summary

Sheppard Pratt Day Hospital seeks qualified clinicians to lead group and individual therapy in an outpatient daytime program. The position supports patients in a structured, group-based setting located at Towson and the Baltimore Washington Campus.

Licensure in Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC or LCPC) is required for hire. The role offers comprehensive benefits, training, and a generous pay range ($60k–$105k for 40 hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Must possess Maryland licenses at time of hire: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC or LCPC.
• Experience with group-based day hospital programs is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with treatment teams and families is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy sessions using CBT/DBT.
• Offer supportive counseling and monitor progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with treatment team and contribute to aftercare planning.
• Participate in family meetings and collaborative care sessions as needed.
