Job summary

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its behavioral health team as a PRN/as-needed staff member, delivering quality patient care to adolescent clients.

You will administer medications, participate on the multidisciplinary team, maintain medical charts, provide health services, and support trauma-informed care within a structured residential setting.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years' experience preferred; psychiatric/adolescent setting beneficial.
• Pass background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be at least 21.

Responsibilities

• Assures for safe administration of medication.
• Participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Participates in management of client's chart
• Provides health services for clients.
• Maintains an employee health service.
• Responsible for required documentation and the maintenance of client's medical chart.
