Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in a hospital intake department preferred.
• CPR and CPI training required or may be obtained during new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake assessments with Admissions RNs, Assessment Counselors, and the Director of Admissions.
• Assist with initiating intake paperwork and collecting insurance information.
• Collaborate with Reception to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process.
