Responsibilities

• Answer main doors and hospital multi-line phone, directing callers and visitors.
• Verify patient insurances and obtain signatures on admitting paperwork.
• Register patients and process all admitting forms; coordinate with Intake and nursing units.
• Interface with patients, Intake Department, and hospital staff to ensure smooth admissions.
