Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
• Delivers and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs to promote return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self in therapy concepts and plans.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care, discipline-specific services and program delivery.
