EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreational Therapy or related field preferred.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other recognized therapeutic field required.
- Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with one or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility required.
- Previous experience in recreation in a healthcare setting is preferred.
