Responsabilités

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to individuals and small business clients, especially in trust and estate tax.
• Oversee bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for clients.
• Review records, discuss with clients, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage client engagements, staffing, and ensure profitability targets.
• Develop staff through coaching and firm-wide learning programs.

4-year degree

CPA/Law License/EA

Bachelor’s/Master’s/Advanced degree in accounting
