Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Wealth/PCS team in NorCal. You will deliver tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their private businesses, while mentoring staff and partnering with leadership to grow the practice.

You will guide complex returns, stay current on tax developments, and help clients navigate sophisticated planning opportunities, with an emphasis on client service and business development.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or higher required.
• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent required.
• 5 years of tax compliance, accounting and advisory experience in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates.
• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting including estate and gift planning.
• Develop and mentor staff; collaborate with firm leadership to serve clients.
