You will enjoy a leadership role guiding complex advisory engagements, overseeing tax planning for wealthy families, family offices and private businesses, and partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-net-worth tax planning and consulting.
• Ability to lead complex engagements and manage multiple clients.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
• Demonstrated client-service excellence in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and their private entities.
• Perform technical review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates.
• Lead multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning including estate and gift tax.
• Advise on business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Keep current on trends and apply authorities to complex tax situations.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing and ensure client profitability targets.
• Develop teams through mentoring and firm-wide learning programs.
