Job summary

The Coury Firm, a private wealth and multi-family office in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Summer Analyst to support client onboarding, financial planning, and reporting tasks within the Private Wealth division.

Ideal candidates are 2nd/3rd year undergraduates (or MBA) with a finance/business background, a GPA of 3.3+, and strong MS Office skills. This internship offers mentorship and exposure to senior leaders in asset management and advisory teams.

Qualifications

• Be a 2nd or 3rd year undergrad in finance, business, or related program, or MBA student.
• Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and servicing, and contribute to CRM and reporting tasks.
• Support wealth planning analysts with data gathering and planning analyses.
• Help prepare client meeting materials and notes, and manage follow-up items.
• Support portfolio reviews for asset allocation and rebalancing considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate client paperwork and timely transactions.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and client communications.
