Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in financial services
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships and partner with key teams
• Strong goals-based planning and advisory capabilities
• Knowledge of investment products and services
• Understanding of market performance and trends
• Self-starter with end-to-end ownership and client communication
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or license readiness within 60 days of start
• Life, Health and Long-Term Care licenses or readiness within 60 days of start

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized investment solutions to clients by leveraging thought leadership and strong relationship skills
• Collaborate with senior advisors to deepen client relationships and expand the book of business
• Provide holistic financial planning and coaching beyond investments
• Attend product rollouts and research meetings to stay current on investment products and services and share updates with clients
• Maintain proactive client engagement, respond to market volatility, and update financial plans as needed
• Support a client-centric planning process and ensure plan implementation
• Develop and implement marketing strategies including client events and digital communications
• Embrace digital tools to enhance clients' digital experience and banking interactions
• Work with partners and cross-functional teams to meet the bank's goals
