Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of financial services experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships with partners.
• Commitment to goals-based planning and advice.
• Understanding of investment products and services.
• Knowledge of market performance and trends.
• Self-starter capable of owning tasks end-to-end and communicating professionally.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Active Life, Health and Long Term Care license or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support a thriving book by delivering personalized investment solutions and relationship-building.
• Provide holistic financial planning and implement strategies in client plans.
• Attend product rollouts and updates, communicating insights to clients.
• Engage in client reviews, respond to volatility, and maintain proactive planning.
• Collaborate with senior advisors and cross-functional partners to deepen client relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and client events as needed.
