Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, coordinate, and execute event marketing strategies for in-person events focused on ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Develop integrated event marketing plans for experiences before, during, and after events.
• Track event performance and analyze formats to generate leads; manage venue selection and on-site logistics.
• Create and maintain a central forward calendar of PWM events and collaborate across teams.
• Shape event narratives and develop marketing materials and assets; conduct market research.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with events, content, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
