Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Lifestyle Services across PWA teams, clients and third-party partners.
• Identify opportunities, drive best practices, and ensure the highest quality of services.
• Develop, document, and continually enhance processes to maximize efficiency in evolving environments.
• Responsible for new service offering launches, rollout, and ongoing management of services.
• Define success criteria and core metrics across each vendor partner, including leading indicators for performance.
• Stay up to date on internal and external technology partners to build efficiencies for the firm and clients.
