Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Investment Client Service Associate to support Advisors in delivering tailored financial strategies and exceptional client service. You will assist with trade support, client education, and the creation of proposals to attract new business while maintaining strong relationships.

The role emphasizes secure handling of sensitive information, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive client-oriented activity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling multiple phone lines and delivering quality client service.
• Ability to interface with high-level management and clients with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Series 65 preferred or in-process.

• Maintain and expand client relationships by supporting Advisors to deliver quality service.
• Assist with development and delivery of financial strategies and client communications.
• Provide ongoing product education to clients and prepare proposals for opportunities.
• Develop presentation materials and market new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Advisors on business plans and marketing strategies.
• Support platform updates and ensure accurate activity logging in Texas Capital systems.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support client needs.
