Position Overview

We are seeking a Private Wealth Associate who is a multi-tasker with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving practice. You are thorough, organized, an excellent time manager, and driven to develop and grow in your role. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide white glove level of service to clients, including administration of client financial accounts, money movement, and full balance sheet monitoring.
  2. Lead service delivery and communicate with clients effectively.
  3. Prioritize and organize workflow, collaborating on all facets of client account operations and administration.
  4. Onboard new client accounts by collecting client information and documentation.
  5. Establish new investment accounts, draft letters, and prepare welcome packets.
  6. Respond to client questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures.
  7. Review daily activities, reconcile client activity, fund transfers, and ensure accuracy.
  8. Prepare meeting materials.
  9. Process client requests such as wires, checks, and journals.
  10. Assist clients in establishing online access for statements and confirmations.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized client files.
What You’ll Bring
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  3. Professional communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
  4. BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Working knowledge of client account portfolios.
  7. High-level client service skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  9. Series 7/66 or 63/65 licenses preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $90,000-$110,000 plus bonuses based on qualifications and experience.
