The Private Trust Company of Oxford is seeking a Specialist, Private Trust Services in Carmel, IN. You will assist Officers with trust administration, oversee account opening, funding, and distributions, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires precise attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a cross‑functional team environment. This is a full‑time, onsite position at our Carmel office.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of financial services operational experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and 60‑day trust administrative reviews for approval.
• Coordinate daily client activity with the Officer, Private Trust Services and Compliance.
• Handle account opening and administration in all systems.
• Execute and reconcile cashiering activities and distributions.
• Maintain accurate trust data in Oxford systems and Fidelity records.
• Track tax returns and coordinate with outsourced tax providers.
