Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools all within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This opportunity lets you choose which clients to work with, travel locally, and join a growing nationwide network of instructors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
