InstaSwim seeks professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with options to choose clients and locations.

We provide clients and support. Instructors travel locally, create personalized lesson plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, results-driven sessions for all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
