Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We supply clients, you provide instruction with 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay and insurance coverage are included as part of joining InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
