InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to progress.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
