InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools in Williamsport, PA. You'll set your schedule, receive clients, and earn between $40-$70 per hour. Candidates must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18 or older, and have CPR/First Aid certifications. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
