InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to conduct lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule, travel locally, and earn $40–$70 per hour with fast payments via PayPal or other methods.

Our team covers liability under InstaSwim's policy and provides client matches based on area and availability. ideal candidates have 2+ years of instruction, are 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
