InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including Massachusetts. You choose your schedule and travel locally to each lesson, while getting paid within 24 hours after every session.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.
• Professional and positive attitude with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Provide engaging and tracked learning experiences.
