Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We supply clients and handle onboarding; you focus on delivering personalized lessons while ensuring safety and progress of students. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with flexible travel locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and own equipment as needed.
• Based in the US with valid work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
