Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US, including New Jersey. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

In addition, InstaSwim provides general liability insurance coverage and helps you match with clients in your area. Require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
