Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, earning payments quickly after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to pass a background check. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
