Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, including Oshkosh, WI. You set your schedule and choose clients, earning competitive pay and receiving payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We require at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Travel to local locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
