Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose clients, with payments processed within 24 hours.

Responsibilities include delivering private or small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, ensuring safety, and tracking progress while traveling locally to client locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and have US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
