Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with options for PayPal. We cover liability with our policy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and a passion for safe, personalized teaching in various environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
