InstaSwim seeks professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You’ll be added to our liability policy and matched with clients in your area.

Requirements: 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness), reliable transport, US work authorization, ability to create personalized lesson plans, and pass a background check. Earn $40–$70 per hour.

• Age 18+ years.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional attitude with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
