InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and travel locally, earning $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson with payment within 24 hours.

We supply clients; you bring swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certs. Fast onboarding, background check, and liability coverage are provided as part of joining our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility and travel to client pools.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, safe, and trackable learning experience.
