InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and can earn $40–$70 per 1 hour lesson, with payments processed quickly after each session.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating tailored plans, traveling to client locations, and ensuring student safety while delivering engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
