Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across Illinois. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to earn between $40 and $70 per hour, with fast payment after each lesson.

Instructors will conduct personalized swim lessons and must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and CPR certifications. Enjoy working locally while making swimming safe and fun for all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Confidence in creating personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
