Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools in your area. You set the schedule and can choose which clients to work with, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a commitment to safety. You’ll create personalized lesson plans and earn competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
